This project consisted of the construction of a new elementary school facility located on 165 acres in Mont Belvieu, Texas. DIG provided all civil engineering services for the drainage, utilities, and detention associated with the project.
As part of the design of the site improvements, DIG utilized computer modeling to design the storm sewer system and detention pond to serve the school site and the adjacent development.
In addition to the work on the site, DIG provided civil engineering services for the extension of public water and sewer line and the construction of a four lane roadway to provide access to the site.
