The new District-Wide CTE Center is located on 16 acres in Brazoria County, Texas. DIG provided all civil engineering services for the on-site improvements and site amenities including parking, covered walkways, utilities, drainage and detention. As part of the design of the site improvements, DIG utilized computer modeling to design the storm sewer system and detention pond to serve the site and the region. Several different detention scenarios were developed and modeled by DIG to determine the final detention pond design that most economically met the project requirements.
