Ema Paz, P.E., ENV-SP

Ms. Paz has over 10 years of civil engineering experience working with various City of Houston projects and is certified as an ENVISION Sustainability Professional. She recognizes the need for environmental, economic, social, and sustainable approaches to infrastructure development. Her experience includes feasibility studies, “Complete Streets” design, multi-modal transportation networks, traffic control plans, and drainage design. Her extensive roadway modeling experience offers an accelerated development of the project through visual design by integrating all proposed subsurface utilities, roadways, and drainage structures.
