Dylan is a highly experienced civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in land development, municipal engineering, infrastructure design, and project management. Sample projects include federal office buildings, public roadways and roundabouts, industrial warehouse parks, mixed-use commercial developments, and pad-site restaurants.
His engineering and project management experience includes preparing site investigation reports, submitting and achieving property zoning changes, designing grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure, permitting projects, and overseeing construction administration. Beyond his professional career, Dylan serves as a city councilman for District 7 in Garland, TX, where he contributes to policy-making and urban planning efforts, ensuring that his engineering acumen directly benefits the community.
