David Hildebrandt, is PBK’s Regional Director of Civil Engineering, bringing over 20 years of experience in site/civil and roadway design for public- and private-sector clients.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Michigan, he specializes in grading and drainage, utilities coordination, ROW and easement review, traffic control planning, and TxDOT permitting. David has led multidisciplinary teams through due-diligence, design, and construction phases—ensuring constructable, code-compliant solutions on projects ranging from municipal streetscapes to mixed-use developments. His rigor in QA/QC and value engineering helps PBK deliver reliable entryway monuments that meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
