Andres has 14 years of engineering experience in project management and project engineering in land development, site development, municipal and public works. His engineering and project management experience includes providing technical advice and recommendations to clients, preparing engineering and construction estimates and project schedules, supervising engineering staff during project design and permitting, coordinating with jurisdictional regulatory agencies, preparing contract documents and technical specifications and overseeing construction management to ensure project delivery that meets client needs and expectations. He has also served as the district engineer for municipal utility districts within Harris County.
EDUCATION: Texas A&M University Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering
